Spoon Concert Tickets

Singer/guitarist Britt Daniel and drummer Jim Eno, who began their musical collaboration in Austin, TX, in 1994, form the musical core of Spoon. The group's earliest albums—1996's Telephono and 1998's A Series of Sneaks—were a high-energy mix of art-punk and indie rock, earning the band comparisons to such post-punk luminaries as the Pixies. Spoon explored more pop-influenced territory on their next release, 2000's Girls Can Tell, and attained commercial success with 2002's Kill the Moonlight, featuring such tracks as the lo-fi "Stay Don't Go" and the acoustic "Don't Let It Get You Down." Gimme Fiction, a darker and more adventurous album, followed in 2005. Spoon have also made their mark as an incredible live act, making appearances at the All Tomorrow's Parties Festival in the UK, the Coachella Festival and South by Southwest in Austin, TX.
